I was called upon to assist Grand master Trevor Nicholls to deliver a seminar for Master Soldatos. Our Trip to Greece was met with a hospitable fortitude worthy of a Senior Master stitle. Master Agelos Soldatos has a history over several decades that is portrayed byhis students performance.
GM Nicholls concurred in this statement only to add that Greece was fortunate to have a professional Master Instructor who’s only aim is to make great practitioners.
From what I have observed and been involved in this weekend the forth coming World Championships in Argentina will be privileged to have such strong exponents.
We envisage Taekwon-Do Greece will only improve on its rightful respected placewithin Europe. Η φιλοξενία που είχαμε στην Ελλάδα ήταν αντάξια του τίτλου του Master Σολδάτου, ο οποίος έχει μία ιστορία δεκαετιών, η οποία αποτυπώνεται από την απόδοση των μαθητών του.Ο Grand master Nichols δήλωσε ότι η Ελλάδα είναι τυχερή που έχει ένα τόσο επαγγελματία Master, του οποίου ο μόνος σκοπός είναι η δημιουργία μεγάλων αθλητών. Από αυτά που παρατήρησα λόγω της εμπλοκής μου αυτό το Σαββατοκύριακο, το επερχόμενο Παγκόσμια Πρωτάθλημα της Αργεντινής θα είναι τυχερό να έχει τυχερούς αθλητές.Διαβλέπουμε ότι η Ελλάδα θα προωθηθεί στην υψηλή θέση που της αρμόζει μέσα στην Ευρώπη. Ο τρόπος οργάνωσης, προπόνησης και φιλοξενίας γεγονότων είναι ιδανικός.Ελπίζουμε να σας επισκεφτούμε στο προσεχές μέλλον προκειμένου να δυναμώσουμε την συμμαχία μας.

This weekends Master class hosted by our newly promoted 8th Degree Senior Master Soldatos was a great success.
To say that the standard was high would be an understatement. The schools with the Hellas delivers a Taekwon-Do that the ITF can be proud of. As a Grandmaster within the ITF the brief when delivering a Master class is at the hosts discretion. Naturally we observe and adapt according to what we see.
The syllabus on the weekend was preformed by strong practitioners who obviously are instructed by a Master with pedigree. I chose to concentrate on the aspects of legitimising power in technique by using more of the physical core.
Whilst it’s evident this is used, there’s always room to adapt and improve where possible. Master Soldatos is an ambassador for Greece and his Taekwon-Do federation. He’s surrounded by passionate practitioners and respected by the International contiguity.

Το σεμινάριο που διοργανώθηκε από τον πρόσφατα ανερχόμενο στον 8ο βαθμό της Μαύρης ζώνης Master Άγγελο Σολδάτο είχε μεγάλη επιτυχία.Εάν κάποιος δήλωνε ότι το επίπεδο ήταν υψηλό, απλώς δεν θα έλεγε αρκετά. Οι σχολές της Ελλάδας διδάσκουν Taekwon-Do που κάνει περήφανη την Παγκόσμια Ομοσπονδία.Ως Grandmaster της ITF αφήνω στην διακριτική ευχέρεια του οικοδεσπότη τον περιεχόμενο διεξαγωγής του σεμιναρίου και προσαρμόζομαι ανάλογα με το επίπεδο των συμμετεχόντων.To πρόγραμμα του σεμιναρίου εκτελέστηκε από δυνατούς αθλητές, οι οποίοι πιστοποίησαν με τον καλύτερο τρόπο ότι έχουν διδαχθεί από ένα ποιοτικό Master. Επέλεξα στο συγκεκριμένο σεμινάριο να επικεντρωθώ στην χρησιμοποίηση περισσότερο του κορμού του σώματος ως πολλαπλασιαστή ισχύος των τεχνικών.
Οι ενδείξεις ήταν θετικές στην χρησιμοποίηση με τους συμμετέχοντες, οι οποίοι έχουν χώρο για βελτίωση.
*****Master Class Seminar with Grandmaster T. Nicholls*****
Last weekend I had the great opportunity to participate at the Master Class Seminar in Preveza and Lefkada, Greece, which was hold by Grandmaster T. Nicholls (Vice-President ITF) and accompanied by Master Yogi Chand (International Instructor, VII. DAN).
This Master Class was one of a kind. In those two days we practiced several scopes of techniques and much more. Unfortunately those two days flew by very fast.
From the bottom of my heart I want to thank the host of this Master Class, the newly promoted 8th Degree Senior Master Soldatos Agelos for his boundless hospitality and friendship. Your honorary trophy has already a special place in the office of the headquarter of the Taekwon-Do Deutschland e.V.
It was an amazing experience and joy to train together with Taekwon-Doins of Greece.
I really hope to meet you all again, very soon. Last but not least, I want to thank Konstantinos Kai Nansy Trivlis
